Safeguarding Your Present & Future

Attorney Michael H. Marks

Pittsburgh Elder Law Attorney – (412) 500-9488

undefinedAttorney Michael Marks founded Marks Elder Law in 1979 and has been working diligently to represent our clients, plan their futures, and protect their families from legal complications. With an intense focus on elder law and estate planning, he has built a reputation for being able to work virtually any sized case to success. He also has an in-depth understanding of litigation processes, allowing him to bring a case to court on behalf of clients, if needed.

Michael first began seeking a career in law in order to put his communication and critical-thinking skills to good use for people facing complex problems. The desire to help others in need also moved him towards a private practice, rather than an attorney working for a large corporation. From the first day of his practice, Attorney Marks was set on being able to create real, reliable relationships with his clients, giving them a friend and a legal advocate in one. As he will tell you himself, perhaps the most important part of his job as an elder law attorney and estate planning lawyer is listening. Lending a genuine ear to clients helps them feel better and helps Attorney Marks create a better case or plan on their behalf.
